An adventurous and elegant wedding stationery set for the nuptials of Alexander & Allyse.

To begin this process, I started thinking broadly by creating a mood board of what I wanted the aesthetic of the day to be; from the bridesmaids’ dresses to the men’s tuxes, from the flowers to the centerpieces. With these decisions hashed out,  I  was able to develop a stationery set that tied in perfectly with the wedding day itself. the colors were inspired buy the beautiful rich colors of Glacier National Park. The whimsical patterns and color palette were complemented with luxurious gold foil stamping and a formal tone of voice on the cards. The typography is a combination of a modern sans-serif and a classic serif with ornamental glyphs. For the final impact, I had the pieces printed on 350 gsm Typographia paper, apart from the main invitation card, which was two layers thick.

The Customer

As a designer, I felt it was only appropriate for me to design my own wedding invitation set, rather than pay another company to do so. Along with all print material needed for the wedding Day.
